Challenge

Following development of an enterprise-wide consumer-centered strategy, a leading health system sought to translate enterprise priorities into service line–specific growth strategies. Women’s Health represented a significant opportunity due to its importance within the healthcare ecosystem and its role in long-term patient engagement.

Leadership recognized that while enterprise strategy established overall direction, Women’s Health required a tailored strategic framework addressing the unique needs of consumers, competitive dynamics, market trends, and service line capabilities. The objective was to create a growth strategy that reinforced enterprise priorities while addressing service line–specific opportunities.

Approach

Persensus conducted a dedicated Women’s Health landscape assessment that integrated consumer insights, marketplace analysis, competitive benchmarking, organizational capabilities, and industry trends. The work extended enterprise strategic thinking into a focused service line planning process.

Leveraging primary research, segmentation insights, competitive analysis, and strategic planning methodologies, Persensus developed a service line growth strategy that identified priority opportunities, differentiated capabilities, and consumer experience initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives.
